This planting scheme was solely designed to attract Bees and Butterflies. The client wanted a beautiful area to be planted that was beneficial to insects but attractive and balanced within the rest of the garden.
The planting design for this garden was to have colour and flowering as late in the season as possible. The rest of the garden was oriented around spring and summer and the client felt that over all the garden lacked colour from late summer to early winter.
